  4. Smegma Buildup. What shall i do?

Smegma Buildup
I have smegma building up under my foreskin. I try to wash it out, but letting water rinse on it does not much, and hurts when water hits it as my glans is rather sensitive. Because of this, I am also unable to scrub it out. What shall I do ?

Even though trouble some wash and regular ly move your foreskin back and forth.
