I have this odor from my vagina, its so bad i think everyone around me can perceive it. it occurs only sometimes and its getting more frequent,, sometimes too, i have serious itching

You have got vaginal infection or urinary tract infection.Get done complete urine examination and culture sensitivity of urine.With reports meet to gynaecologist and take antibiotics oral as well local.If you are sexually active no sex for 10 days.
