Feeling like bone cracking or nerve tearing in the centre of chest when sneezing with moderate force. Feeling heavyness in chest and fatigue. Little to moderate difficulty breathing almost everyday. Happening from the last 2 years. Left exercise long ago lifestyle is very very sedentary. Becomes quickly tired after ridin stairs with little weight carrying. Sometimes with sneezing very sticky heavy transparent cough comes out directly without staying inside mouth.
