My son is 6 month & 1 week old. He is still on breastfeeding, and once a day he take cerelac.
my concern is, he is very active and playful. daytime he take feed only every 4 hour. and in night time every 2 hour. sometimes he don't feel hungry at all in daytime & i have to force feed him or use other techniques.
should i start some other solid foods, if so what kind of? am afraid that once he taste solid then he avoid feeding

As he is 6 month old you can start with liquid dite then semi solid and then solid food
Don't force him for food
Let him ask for food or feel hungry that will be a better habit for future
You can continue breastfeeding along with food

As the baby has completed 6 months start solids . Complementary feeds like rice porridge, Dhal water , boiled vegetables and fruits can be started now . Breast milk can be continued but in reduced quantity
