Ideally you should initially attempt to sort it through shape-shifting of your belief system. If you are over-thinking, that means you are anxious or afraid of something to an unhealthy degree. Installing some sense of security within can go a long way to reduce the anxiety and hence remove the need for overthinking. After you try these things, if you are still unable to get your head around it, then you should consult a Psychiatrist or a Psychologist.
Next Steps
Counselling is mandatory
Health Tips
A feeling of threat leads to overthinking. This is survival instinct.
