Some problems in urine
Facing urine urgency sometimes and can't control and also facing erectile dysfunction from few days and penis pain.
Also facing some gastric issue like discomfort in abdomen, nauseating feeling and weakness and foul smell in urine and stool and sometimes black stool.

Brother, cut back on your coffee intake ( if you drink coffee), get ultrasound Kidney ureter and bladder done, check urine culture. Stay hydrated and meet a Urologist. Do not worry, you will be fine.
