Some uncontrolled thoughts
I am developing a very skeptical mind. I doubt and question everything around me especially my fiance. Lately i am realising that these doubts are not normal . One thought leads to another until i have thought the worst. I feel trapped. I want my mind to be free.

Hey dear. The thing about getting worried or anxious is that it becomes a vicious cycle. And the longer you tend to go back and keep thinking about a problem over and over again, the stress gets worse. You need to calm your mind and break these negative thoughts and beliefs and instill positive ones. Which is easier said than done but it's not impossible. Counselling helps to slow down, reflect on yourself, your thoughts, feelings.
Next Steps
1. Stay connected with your loved ones. 2. Pursue your passion. It helps to turn all that nervous energy into something beautiful. 3. Soak in some sunlight..Good sleep. The basic of physical health do help promote sound mental.health. 4. isDeviate your thoughts the moment you catch yourself in a trap of negativity. You could just stop and take a deep breath when you find yourself in a situation like that. If you find it hard to this by yourself, feel free to reach out to me and talk dear. Take care of yourself and hope you feel better soon.

Hey Fww tips for you :) Don't talk back. The first thing you want to do when you get an intrusive thought is to respond with logic. ... Know it will pass. I can do anything for a minute. ... Focus on now. ... Tune into the senses. ... Do something else. ... Change your obsession. ... Blame the chemistry. ... Picture it. Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online All the best

Hi, Being skeptical and feeling trapped is a sign of concern. Good that you realized and started working on it. Consciously you need to work on your thinking pattern and manage your thoughts. Few tips: (1) When getting doubt, try to rationalize it or speak with someone on the same topics casually. This will help you in getting a different perspective. (2) When accumulating with so many thoughts, start writing it out and try to validate those thoughts. (3) Get into some physical activities and hobbies
