Something coming out from anus
I have problem in anus. while sitting some drops(around 5-6) comes out in a span on 6-7 hours while sitting in the office. I can see some yellow stains in undergarments.I could also feel something inside the lower part of anus but it doesn't pain or create problem in motion.

Hi, lump at anal canal may be due to a perianal abscess and this generally pains. Other causes are of external hemorrhoids with doesn't cause pain but occasionally when get thrombosed causes pain. A skin tag formation secondary to fissure in ano also presents same but that pains.Rarely a fistula also behaves like that. Kindly get evaluated physically. You may require a short scopy done to rule out above problems. Feel free to ask any further quary related to your problem. Regards.
