As soon as I eat I feel something in stomach... feeling is like growling, pain (light) mostly below breast...if i sit this feeling grows.. walking gives me relief and motions as well give me relief...
What is happening ? What should I do ? Gasex didn't seem to work...

This is gastritis . Ayurveda has very good treatment for such problems but we need more details for advising any treatment . Avoid all the maida , oily , junk , fried and spicy food in your diet. Try to add more of alkaline food in your diet.

Madam, your condition can be treated with ayurvedic medicine.

Avoid spicy, sour food. Avoid non vegetarian food. Have only freshly cooked food. Add plenty of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Intake luke warm water.

1)Don't worry.
2) For better result start Tab.Kamdudha with mauktik (Dp) 2 tab before food.for a month.
3)Tab.pravalpanchamrut with mauktik (DP)
2 tab 2 times in a Day after food.
It is due amla pitta (acidity), Ayurveda has very good treatment for acidity. I advice you to take
Sy Acidinol (mfg by BAN labs) 10 ml three times before food and Cap Coligo (mfg by Green Remedies) 1 capsule 3 times a day after food.
