Something palpable in groin
From some time i have palpabling something in that region. It is inside the skin. It feels like two tubes going to scotrum. It also feels like swollen although size is less than a cm. It is hard and in right side.

I believe that you are palpating the spermatic cord in the inguinal canal.

I would agree with the doctor above, its mostly a hernia , an inguinal hernia. Inguinal hernia has got more chances of going into obstruction and strangulation if not taken care of, and we dont want neither. Better consult a general surgeon and plan for surgery.

Get a usg abdomen and pelvis to look for hernia type - indirect or direct / to look for the content / to look for the defect size.
