Sometime i have breathing problem
Dear sir time I have not catch my breathing only some time after that I release gas then I am normal but. And this can be done any time. Why could I not catch my breathing. Is it gas problem. Also when stomach is empty same problem happen. Pls give solution

seems like gastritis problem only..need to change your daily routine,have frequent small meals ,no oily or spicy in meals.
regular walk and exercises is necessary!
take antacids if needed!
