Sore muscles after flu/fever is gone
I had mild fever for 3 days with general tiredness and cold/cough and I took some pain reliever tablet having paracetamol plus aceclofenac.
Took tablet only for 2 nights and fever/temperature was gone(it never went close to 101 anyways).
Now it's 3rd day since fever is gone still my whole body is sore/aching, sore throat, I am tired most of time, have dry mouth(had generously taken plain water) and urine color dark yellow, almost to brown. Lower back pains too.
Main concern is while sleeping/lying-down, I get enough pain/discomfort on whole back body as it is tender to touch.
Is this normal? what shall I do to get rid of this soreness related symptoms.
