I had the flu 3 weeks ago with fever and body aches and sore throat etc. I feel much better but the sore throat and ear ache stayed. i now also have muscle pain in my neck and shoulders.
I took a cataflam and it took the sore throat and everything away for 2-3 days, but now it doesnt help anymore, even if i take 1 cataflam everyday. I do still have bit of a stuffy nose.
I dont have tonsils so thats one thing we can rule out :)

You might have had viral respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection in this season. During recovery it is common to have generalized muscular pain, stuffy nose, dry cough etc. Usually these symptoms will resolve spontaneously and not much of treatment is required
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
