Hello, Thank you for sharing your concerns. Given your symptoms of sore throat and weakness, it's likely due to an upper respiratory tract infection (common viral cold or pharyngitis) rather than dengue. Dengue is transmitted by mosquito bites and does not spread through direct human contact. I recommend resting, staying well-hydrated, and doing warm saline gargles multiple times a day. You can take an over-the-counter analgesic like paracetamol for pain relief if needed. However, if you develop a high fever, body aches, or rashes, consult a healthcare provider for further evaluation, as these could be signs of dengue or another viral infection. For a more thorough assessment and personalized treatment, feel free to consult me directly. You may also reach out via WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. Take care and get well soon.

It is unlikely that you have dengue fever.Sore throat and weakness could be due to upper respiratory tract infection which normally lasts for 3-4 days.Do warm water gargling with salt, drink lots of water, take some analgesic for the throat pain.
