Sore throat
Have sore throat from 4 days and, Cough with mucus going on my treatment is going on and my doctor  only asked me to take inhaler and montair Ic and medrol 8mg and for Alex syrup my pharmacist asked me take along with these medicines so I wanted to confirm is the right treatment I am suffering from chronic cough and my doctor also asked me to go for sleep analyst test cuz of that am getting back to back sore throat cuz of snoring meanwhile I need some medication for sore throat I did gargle and Bernadine gargle both but no reflief So please advise me on this

Your main complaint seem to be sore throat & cough. Presently, you are being treated assuming it’s cause of allergic eriology. If your symptoms are not relieved, you can get a routine blood check up done . You will get a clear picture whether you need an antibiotic to be included . Finally , regarding snoring , it can be due to lot of causes . Polysomnography is the test you are expected to do to find the cause . But in my opinion , that can wait and is not required at the moment .
