I have had a sore throat for a week now it feels like something solid is stuck in it but there's nothing and my tounge has several swollen taste buds started oyt as one and then others showed up I thought it was because I burnt my tounge but that was 4 days ago along with that I have had what I believe is bacterial vaginosis

All your symptoms are probably are secondary to viral throat infection you had which occur usually at the stage of resolution of viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can take symptomatic treatment like strepsils like lozenges, Dry cough syrups and steam inhalation for faster recovery
