Sore throat with red bumps on throat
I have a sore throat and noticed I have red bumps on my throat/back of my mouth. I've had sore throat lots of times and only ever looked inside my mouth now so I don't know if these red bumps are a normal occurrence with sore throat. I have a cough and slightly stuffy nose as well. Picture of the red bumps: http://imgur.com/a/F3svo

You might be suffering from granular pharyngitis which usually occurs secondary to chronic pharyngeal irritation like in cases of acid reflux, smoking or post nasal discharge. Cause needs to be identified before treatment. As far as granules over pharyngeal surface is concerned, you need not worry much as after treatment they will vanish
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
