I am having a big pimple or sort of corn on bump near anus since a week. It is getting really painful now. What should I do? Please suggest

Thanks for the query. This presentation can be seen with many skin diseases. The best option is to consult a Dermatologist in person to understand the problem and get it diagnosed.
