Speech delay
My son is 3.4 years he doesnt speak . He follows  command and instructions. I am giving him homeopathy  medicine i guess it is phosphorus  but i also wanted to give bartya carb too.please advise can i give two homeopathy  medicine at one time.please help.

Is it’s milestone delayed then Baryta carb 200 potency to be given otherwise only speechless you give him Natrum Mur 200 before giving this medicine you consult me on no nine eight nine one four double one six eight seven
