Sperm coming out during sleep
Hi, My problem is that sperm is coming out from during sleep for every 2 to 3 days. Is there any problem if it leaks while sleep. How can I overcome this problem. I don't had sex experience personally. Will do masturbation sometimes usually once or twice for a week. Please assist here to overcome this problem.
