Hello! Ur sperm counts r absolutely NORMAL!! relax and go ahead with ur marriage... Have fun ... ! But why did u undergo semen analysis in the first place! We Urologists/ Andrologists discourage semen analysis before marriage because it produces undue stress. Best example- urself. Even if one's infertile, one has every right to marry. However If one is having any erection related issues or knows already that he or she is infertile, then it's only humane to tell ur prospective partner about it beforehand. To avoid all these undue complications , we don't recommend fertility tests before marriage.
