Hello doctors,
I was recently married in the month of November 2023. I was having a masturbation issue before that. After my marriage, when I was involved in physical intimation with my wife within 10 mins my sperm used to come out. But the last two times it took a long time to come.
Like I had sex yesterday around 20-25 mins. During the whole process my sperm didn't come out. After that 10-15 min I had a handjob even then I was facing problems in discharging myself. So after 20-25 min of sex and 10-15 min of handjob, i released my sperm.
So why is the delay in discharging? And is it normal ?
