1 week back I have started Spinal tb treatment . I get body and joint aches at night and sometimes fever as well. Can you please tell me that by when can I see improvements even pain relief or anything ? I have been following the medicines and injection dose with diet everything.

Along with regular medicines high protein diet is required. You must not lift weights as the spine involved. It will take about 6-9 months of treatment. Take Ultracet tablet once or twice a day for plains if not given a pain killer already. After about 2 months of treatment you can see the difference.
