Physiotherapy apart from AKT(medication) treatment given by your Dr will help u significantly.seeing the x-ray changes at spinal level cause of TB, accordingly physiotherapy is started.being bedridden will give rise to movement loss and pain due to stiffness and tightness.. starting physiotherapy under supervision will create a difference.Tb spine needs lots of physiotherapy guidance on braces , postures in day today activities.localized temperature raised at spinal level,stress fracture at spine if  TB spine is significant, fever,night pain all has to be checked before starting physiotherapy.your orthopedic Dr and Professional Physiotherapist will help u with treatment .
