Hello.. I have received mixed views as regard cleaning eyes with water or splashing water on eye...
Till date I have been advised to splash water on the eyes to reduce strain until recently when I was advised not to do so, since it may impact eyes PH levels.. Even articles on Internet seems to have different views.
May I request views from the Ophthalmologists who reads this to opine whether is it safe to do so??

There is no harm in splashing water on eye because water has neutral pH & it's affect last for only few seconds because blinking immediately restore required pH with the help of tears.
