Is spleenomegaly is severe problem and also recently I'm diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia and i have low platelet count also

Hello my friend I understand your concern towards your health...Splenomegaly may occur with severe, persistent, untreated iron deficiency anemia....Iron deficiency can be due to low intake of iron, or poor absorption of iron. I would advice you take green leafy vegetables, tomato, papaya in food...I would suggest you to consult nearest physician for clinical examination and for certain laboratory investigations they will help you depending upon the results.
