Spot urine creatinine
I am a diabet ..random spot urine protein is 147.9 and cretinine is 30..is it a problem are risky to my health..plz give me a good suggestion

Your serum creatinine is normal.
Your urine protein is high but it may be due to multiple reasons.
If it is transient then no need to worry but if it persist in subsequent reports also its better for you to have opinion of nephrologist.
