Spots on both breasts

Asked for Female, 15 Years

I noticed last night that there were small red bumps on both of my breasts, I was concerned but decided to leave it. Today, I checked again, but this time instead of being red the are now brown. They look like small freckles about the size of a pencil scattered around my nipples
