I have pcod since 4 years. Wt: 88kg, height : 5.3" , age: 27 yrs, status: unmarried. Now periods are not coming without taking tablets. Last periods was before 8 months. Started Ayurvedic medicines , basti under doctors guidance for around a month still not had periods. So doctor suggested to take 10mg deviry for 5 days twice in a day. Done course of 5 days. After 10 days of completion of course, having spotting ( only 2-3 drops of bleeding ) occured. Is it due to course taken is not sufficient in my case? Should it be done with more strong or high no. Of dosage? Is it normal or severe? What should be next step ? Taking tablets again and have periods 1st then try to treat pcod further ? Please give advice

I would suggest that you aim at reducing your weight.. You are 24 kg overweight acc to your height n age.. Once some weight will reduce, period problem will automatically solve.. I know to reduce wt is not easy but consult some dietician n also join some gym or zumba classes.. Weight reduction is the most imp part in your case

The dosage of deviry in your case is correct..
you should repeat your ultrasound to see what is the endometrial thickness and accordingly further medications are to be started..
