  4. Spotting and bleeding. I am pregnant?

Spotting and bleeding
I had brown coloured spotting before 3 days and on same day bleeding started...which was 40th day of my previous cycle...today I feel diziness and nausea since morning. Is there chances that I am pregnant ?

Its unlikely that you are pregnant.
Next Steps
Get a urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy.
