Sprained knee
I have twisted my knee I know there is a sprain there as I went to get it checked out today they have put a support on it but it’s getting more and more painful to walk on

you need to rest for the sprain to go away. make sure u dont stress your knee too much. have anti inflammatory tablets. ice application helps. if u dont improve visit an orthopedician.
