It is a very common bacteria. It may occur with using dirty toilets, from sexual partner, not cleaning underwear regularly and most of the time source can not be found. Prevention is following: flushing the urinal before and after use, washing and ironing underwear daily, using condoms if sexual partner is infected, these precautions should be taken by the sexual partner also, because sexual partner may be infected same way.
In your semen culture reports if drug sensitivity is not done then please do it after which appropriate antibiotics will cure it.
Next Steps
If you want medicine then go for paid consultanion for online prescription by uploading semen culture and sensitivity test report and blood sugar PP report.

The answer to this can’t be as straight forward as one wants it to be. However staph. growing in a semen culture is a contaminant . As staph is a skin bacteria not a seminal passage pathogen. But having said this I would like to know why was the examination done what are your complaints for which this was done and what is the sensitivity pattern. Based on these it can easily be treated
Next Steps
Repeat semen analysis along with culture & Sensitivity
