Staphylococcus aureus ( MSSA) in semen
Hi , In my semen culture report islotaed oraganism was staphylococcus aureus (MSSA) Sperm count 60 million, morphology - normal, pus cell : 15-20. I consulated with a doctor and he suggested ciplox and fertisure . It got cured but repeated again in next 2 weeks of medicines. I again consulted with doctor then he prescriped me Augmentin 1000. After another 10 days it is again back. I have as such no symptoms but i get to know about it when my partner gets the infection after 2-3 days of intercourse. Please suggest.

There is small chance that your partner may be affected. We will suggest to do semen culture again to make sure that you are cured.

✓ You need a detailed Evaluation and Formal assessment to accurately diagnose your kind of Infection. ✓ If your partner has a problem they also need treatment. Otherwise this Infection will keep rotating between the two of you.
