Starting folic acid
I just want to know can I start taking folic acid after 2days of conception?? If I ate cooked raw  papaya little amount after 2days of conception is there any risk of miscarriage or something else? Plz suggest me the name of this tablet and when to take...

It’s ok little amounts of papaya won’t do any harm . From now on don’t eat it for Rest of pregnancy. Usually u have to start folic acid months before u start to conceive . But in your case it’s ok start now
