Steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome
62 yrs,female,diabetic since 10 yrs,diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome.. used steroids and then MFM but then stopped treatment due to breast carcinoma and underwent Surgery and chemo. Now what are the possible conservative approaches to decrease proteinuria?

Depends on degree of proteinuria... If very high - low protein diet, and controlling BP and Diabetes strictly.. Other medicines depends on clinical findings... Consult Nephrologist for more details..
