  4. Stiff neck, dry skin, headache. Please?

Stiff neck, dry skin, headache
I have had a headache for few days now. I have dry skin for like 4 months. I've also had a little stiff neck for some time now. and I'm so worried about it cos docs ain't seeing anything. What do you think please?
