Stiffness and pain in neck
Since yesterday morning I have been experiencing pain in the left part of neck in the area between neck and shoulder blades. Experiencing muscle soreness and tenderness. Neck movement is restricted and any sudden jerk or motion causes sharp pain. 4 years ago I had encountered same problem in the exact same spot. Doctors had diagnosed it as Torticollis and prescribed physiotherapy along with some medication.
