Stomach ache and bowel issues
I am 45 male and i have been using sahuaro 25 mg daily because of erectile issues..its working very well but i am developing stomach ache off late after consumption of food and during the toilet usage.. is it because of the tablet or any other reasons..previously i was using OMEZ for gastric issues..

Sildenafil should not be taken with food
However there is decreased absorption of and delaying action
I have not seen such effect
Kindly change to Tadalafil 10 mg before sexual intercourse
