Doctor I am suffering from stomach ache from.last 3-4days And yesterday night onwards getting motion problem 3 times till.now...is there any problem. Please suggest me remedies for.the same.

1.tab satrogyl o 1 tab twice daily after food for 3 days.2.tab drotin 1 tab twice daily after food for 3 days
