Stomach ache for my 4 old year son
Last Sunday he had light fever and cold. I have calpal, zyrcold and kurfil. He was feeling better by Tuesday then on Wednesday and Thursday he had vomiting and stomach ache. I gave emeset and the vomiting was subsided.today Sunday morning he had loose stools and stomach ache.

This is most likely from the way the symptoms have progressed. Initially the respiratory system gets affected and the virus then progresses to the gut. Kindly start him on probiotics and keep him well hydrated with ORS
