I am having gastric problem and pass lot of gas
I am presently taking unienzyme tablet also I have 8.9haemoglobin and vit D deficiency .also taking those supplements but still
Though I am feeling burning sensation and stomach ache

You are probably having gastritis. Proper combination of antacids and supportive medications help in reliving. Hematinics to raise hemoglobin. If constipation then it has to be treated also.
