Stomach ache in morning
Hi Sir I am having stomach ache in morning past 3-4 day.it starts with morning wakeup and it continues till loo after loo stomach become normal I don't usually eat outside .

Hi there I understand your concern...First of all you should start taking a high fibre diet, incorporate more of fruits, green leafy vegetables and salads in diet.. Drink plenty of water....You should always take walk after meals and follow daily workout regime....With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...if no improvements consult nearest surgeon.

1.Tab Pan 40 mg twice daily before meals. 2.Tab Oflox-Oz twice daily after meals. 3. Cap Vizylac thrice daily after meals. 4. Tab Ondem MD as needed for vomiting . 5.Tab Meftal Spas thrice daily after meals.( Only if pain abdomen ). 6. Syrup Digene 2 TSF thrice daily after meals. 7. Tab Bandy plus once only ( Chew empty stomach).For 3 days. 8. Plenty of fluids like ORSL.
