Stomach aches and cramps
The last 2 days I’ve been having stomach pains and cramps around my belly button area, at first I thought it was my appendix but it can’t be as it’s on the right side. I can go to the toilet and eat fine, it’s hard to walk at times and when a hot water bottle is applied my tummy makes grumbling noises. Any ideas on what it is?

Ma'am, you were right in thinking that it may not necessarily be the appendix acting up. But pain around your belly button can be due to other causes as well. Do not apply hot water bottle simply because somebody told you to do so. Consult your physician and get your stool examined. Thanks.
