STOMACH FULLNESS AND TIGHTNESS
Since last 2 year, iam having indigestion problem whenever i eat something my stomach feels full and round. and i feel pai n manly at the uper abdomen part. iam having pain in between chest and sometimes in and around chest. and i feel breathless. i am getting frequently burps. and also iam having some irritation in Throat with dry cough. even i sleep at 12 in night exactly after 3-4 hrs i wake up with anxiety. and also iam no having proper easy motion these days Previous hostory: till February i used to drink 4-6 cups of tea and 1 r 2 cigarette everyday. from past 2 years iam constantly in stress due to exam tensions. in the last 1 year i used to eat some spicy food. and dal everyday.

Tab. Pantocid-L once daily before breakfast for 2weeks. Mucaine gel 2tsf thrice daily before food for 1 week
