Dear Patient, The symptoms of stomach growling, bloating, and feeling hungry soon after eating could indicate issues such as gastritis, acid reflux, or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). It may also be related to rapid gastric emptying or insufficient digestion. Recommendations: 1. Dietary Adjustments: Avoid spicy, fried, or heavy meals. Include high-fiber foods like green leafy vegetables and fruits. Eat small, frequent meals instead of large ones. 2. Lifestyle Modifications: Avoid lying down immediately after meals. Stay hydrated and chew food thoroughly. 3. Medications (if prescribed): Tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily before breakfast for 7 days. Tablet Simethicone after meals for bloating relief. 4. Investigations: Upper abdominal ultrasound Endoscopy (if symptoms persist) Please consult a physician directly for further evaluation and personalized care.
