Stomach issues stool
Some time sausage or banana like stool comes first which seems difficult to pass then normal stool comes wherein there is no issue what is the reason I donot eat spicy food etc neither I have any issue in Git as per checkup.any body with their experience what should be the cause

Its how constipation usually starts. Drink lot of water and take high fibre diet. U can also start using a stool softener upon prescription.
