Stomach pain and frequent urination

Asked for Male, 33 Years

This week I've been have having to go to the bathroom a lot.ive been getting up several times a night to have to urinate. I'm always thirsty and if I don't drink my saliva is almost choking me it seems. I've also have stomach pains. Its is unusually hot and humid and if I'm standing and not in front of a fan I feel like I'm going to pass out.
