Stomach pain, fever & vomit for two days

Asked for Female, 12 Years

My 12 years old daughter got fever for two days simulteniously she always feel like voming( she did 6 time in two days) & have pain in her stomech. I consult with my local doctor he has given me some medicines but even today the health is same as she was on first day... please help me ......her exam is on

Rantac 150mg one tab twice a day empty stomach. 3Tab. Azithromycin 500mg ONCE a day. 4.Tab Dolopar 500mg half tab thrice a day 5. Plenty of. Liquid ,ORS solution. 6.Rest.
