Had stomach pain which has resulted in mild fever. Looks active. Had outside food in last three days

Give a light diet including curd and Banana. Use paracetamol for fever and syp anafortan for stomach ache. If he develops other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions,consult your paediatrician asap.
