Eat on time and eat properly. Avoid oily/spicy food.Take a ppi ( esomeprazole ) for a few days for relief.

This is because of gastritis. Take Nexpro rd 30 minutes before food in morning. Avoid coffee and tea in empty stomach. Use more of curd and butter milk.
